- Midterm Exam
- Midterm exam will cover material presented in class, in the laboratory, plus material in the text
covered by the assigned reading.- Laboratory Sessions
- There will be approximately 10 "hands-on" lab sessions
- Labs are required and students MUST attend the laboratory section to which they are registered.
- There will be no laboratory makeups without prior permission of the course instructor.
- Regular laboratory reports will be turned in at the start of the following laboratory period.
- No late reports will be accepted without prior permission of instructor.
- Lab reports may include homework exercises.
- Non-completed Lab report will score as "two zeroes" on final student score
- Each laboratory section will complete a Final Design Project instad of a final exam.
- Each lab section will complete a final project with a written report and oral briefing.
- Each student will be peer-evaluated by other members of the laboratory section
Grades will be assigned based on a relative comparison of total student scores.
